Geothermal High-Temperature Hot Water Extraction
The hot water electric pump is a vertical single-suction multi-stage submersible pump independently developed by our company. Composed of a submersible motor, protector, pump body, and cable, it operates submerged underwater. It is primarily used for extracting hot water from deep underground wells. Different hot water electric pumps can be selected based on the required geothermal water extraction volume to meet practical needs. The hot water electric pumps are divided into two series: PQJ and TP. The PQJ series offers large flow rate and low head, while the TP series offers small flow rate and high head.
The hot water electric pumps are suitable for geothermal well water with temperatures ranging from 90°C to 230°C. The matching motors are categorized for 180°C, 230°C, and 260°C conditions. Most supporting motors can operate at 380V voltage; for motors exceeding 110Kw, high-voltage motors up to 1140V can be selected, requiring a matching step-up transformer. The supporting protector bears the axial thrust generated by the pump. For high-head, large-thrust pumps, high-load-capacity thrust bearings can be optionally configured. Both the PQJ and TP series hot water electric pumps feature long service life, generally with continuous operation times not less than 3 years, reliable operation, and excellent operational stability. A frequency conversion control cabinet can be optionally selected to adjust the pump's operating point at any time according to hot water flow demand. They are widely applicable in domestic geothermal, hot spring, hotel, and related industries.
