Bailiyitong's annual meeting concluded successfully, uniting hearts and minds to usher in a new chapter.
As the year changes and new chapters unfold, Tianjin Bailiyitong Company recently held its annual meeting at the Huanmei Hotel, themed "Harmony, Unity, and Progress." All employees gathered to reflect on the past and look forward to the future in a joyful and warm atmosphere.
At the start of the annual meeting, General Manager Zhang Dianqiang delivered a speech. He reviewed the work of the past year and looked ahead to 2026, clarifying the development goals for 2026 and emphasizing a concerted effort to expand the market. Mr. Zhang stressed that in the new year, all employees should focus on refining their work in their respective positions, dedicating themselves to supporting efforts in product development, quality control, delivery capacity, and cost control, while simultaneously exploring new markets. He also emphasized the need to continuously improve the overall quality and professional skills of all employees, pursuing innovation and improvement; striving for excellence in their work; and cultivating a commitment to quality. He further stressed the importance of mutual care and assistance, creating a positive "family" culture, and strengthening team cohesion. Finally, on behalf of the company, Mr. Zhang thanked all employees for their hard work and expressed sincere gratitude to their families for their unwavering support.
The annual meeting featured a diverse and captivating variety of performances, with one highlight after another. Employees from various departments wrote, directed, and performed their own acts, showcasing a wide range of formats including songs, stand-up comedy, dances, and AI-generated creative videos. The rich content fully demonstrated their vibrant spirit and strong team cohesion. The host's lead performance of "Tomorrow Will Be Better" ignited a massive sing-along, conveying everyone's bright aspirations for the company's future.
The company also recognized and awarded outstanding employees and teams for their excellent performance over the past year. By setting up multiple awards, the company affirmed their achievements in their respective positions and encouraged all employees to take them as role models and achieve even greater success in the new year.
During the luncheon, Zhang Li, the company's deputy general manager, delivered a warm toast, thanking all employees for their hard work! Everyone raised their glasses in a toast, laughing and exchanging sincere blessings in a relaxed and pleasant atmosphere. An exciting lucky draw was also held, with generous prizes bringing the annual meeting to a climax.
