Mining Flameproof Submersible Electric Pumps
The BQW explosion-proof submersible electric pump for mining applications consists of a single-stage or double-suction multistage centrifugal pump paired with a water-cooled, explosion-proof submersible motor designed specifically for mining use. The pump features an external mounting configuration, with the pump positioned above the motor—making it an "upper-pump" design—and both components are connected via a coupling. The entire unit is fully submerged in water during operation, and an additional suction hood helps efficiently cool the motor. This pump-motor assembly can be installed either vertically, horizontally, or at an inclined angle, offering versatile deployment options for various mining environments.
