The structural design is well-optimized, with an aesthetically pleasing appearance and an IP68 protection rating.
The inner cavity is filled with oil, made from high-quality materials, and features Class H insulation.
The outer casing material can be made from seawater-resistant stainless steel or aluminum alloy.
The motor features built-in water leakage detection and overheat protection components that continuously monitor for faults and trigger timely alarms, ensuring high reliability.
The motor and hydraulic pump can be directly connected, eliminating intermediate components like couplings and flexible joints for a more compact design. Alternatively, they can be custom-designed with dual shaft extensions and dual flanges to simultaneously drive two hydraulic pumps, tailored to the user’s specific requirements.
The cavities between the motor and the hydraulic pump are internally connected, allowing them to share a system pressure compensator. This ensures that the internal system pressure always remains higher than the external ambient pressure, effectively preventing seawater from ever entering the motor and safeguarding its internal components from corrosion.
