High performance with minimal failures: The pump flow passage features a non-clogging design and is optimized using advanced hydraulic modeling, delivering excellent performance, low failure rates, high pump efficiency, and significant energy savings while reducing operational costs.
High insulation protection rating: The motor is available in either dry-type or oil-immersed designs, featuring an IP68 protection rating and Class F insulation. It undergoes a comprehensive varnish impregnation process, ensuring excellent electrical, mechanical, moisture-resistant, and thermal stability performance.
Unique cooling methods: The motor can utilize either an internal oil-cooling circulation system or an external water-jacketed, interlayer water-circulation system. The internal oil-cooling method minimizes the required water level, eliminating the need for a separate cooling water system and ensuring a more reliable cooling process. Alternatively, the external water-jacketed water-circulation system uses water as the working medium, offering a simple design that is both easy to use and highly convenient.
High reliability: The motor windings are equipped with overheat protection components, and the motor and oil chamber feature water detection devices. If the windings overheat, or if water enters the motor or oil chamber, these systems will immediately trigger a signal to cut off the power supply, minimizing damage and losses.
