Marine Products Series
The deep-sea jet pump is a critical component of subsea trenching machines, enabling efficient, low-cost operations through hydraulic jetting. The motor in this product features either a wet-type oil-filled or water-filled design and incorporates a combined anti-sand sealing system, ensuring high reliability. The oil-filled version boasts a more compact design and can withstand temperatures up to 180°C. Meanwhile, the hydraulic components have been meticulously optimized via fluid simulation analysis, delivering exceptional efficiency and excellent resistance to clogging. Additionally, all parts and connectors that come into contact with seawater are crafted from premium, corrosion-resistant materials, making the product renowned for its outstanding performance, dependable operation, and ease of maintenance.
The seawater boosting pump features a submersible design, with the motor and pump working together underwater—quietly, compactly, and easy to install and maintain. It also supports automatic protection and remote control capabilities. All components and connections that come into contact with seawater are crafted from high-quality, corrosion-resistant materials, ensuring excellent performance and reliable operation.
Providing hydraulic power supply in deep-sea environments, it can be applied to a variety of underwater marine equipment.
Deep-sea Construction Auxiliary Power Motors
The deep-sea construction auxiliary power motor is a product independently developed by our company, offering a viable alternative to imported products. This innovation helps break the market monopoly held by foreign companies and significantly reduces procurement costs for our customers.
Deep-diving Rigid Pipe Lift Pumps
The deep-submergence rigid pipe lift pump, designed for vertical operation and featuring excellent particle-passing capabilities, is a critical piece of equipment used in deep-sea mining for hydraulically transporting ore particles. Powered by a multi-stage centrifugal pump, it efficiently conveys manganese nodules from the underwater relay chamber through the mineral-lifting rigid pipe all the way to the surface mining vessel. At its core, the pump leverages pressurized water flow as a carrier medium, enabling the upward movement of ore particles against gravity.
