Deep-diving Rigid Pipe Lift Pumps
The deep-submergence rigid pipe lift pump, designed for vertical operation and featuring excellent particle-passing capabilities, is a critical piece of equipment used in deep-sea mining for hydraulically transporting ore particles. Powered by a multi-stage centrifugal pump, it efficiently conveys manganese nodules from the underwater relay chamber through the mineral-lifting rigid pipe all the way to the surface mining vessel. At its core, the pump leverages pressurized water flow as a carrier medium, enabling the upward movement of ore particles against gravity.
Mining Flameproof Submersible Electric Pumps
The BQW explosion-proof submersible electric pump for mining applications consists of a single-stage or double-suction multistage centrifugal pump paired with a water-cooled, explosion-proof submersible motor designed specifically for mining use. The pump features an external mounting configuration, with the pump positioned above the motor—making it an "upper-pump" design—and both components are connected via a coupling. The remote water supply system is primarily divided into four key modules and three types of vehicles. The four modules are the water-suction module, pressure-boosting module, water-delivery module, and bridge-road module, while the three vehicle types include the pump truck, hose-laying vehicle, and bridge-road vehicle. This system can transport natural water sources like rivers, lakes, and seas—as well as specialized liquids—over long distances, utilizing large-scale equipment and extensive pipeline networks stretching several kilometers to reach their intended destinations.
The mobile pump station consists of a diesel engine, a diesel-engine-powered fuel tank, a submersible pump, a hydraulic system, a hydraulic hose reel, a vehicle chassis, fire hoses, and a DC power supply. This product boasts excellent power performance, high reliability, and an affordable price.
